Island Finance Joins as Sponsor of Kolorido Gymnastics

As part of its commitment to youth development and community engagement, Island Finance proudly sponsored a special gymnastics event organized by the Kolorido Foundation. The event was part of the foundation’s ongoing mission to promote physical education and increase access to sports activities for children across Curacao. Through its “Sports with Love” initiative, Island Finance joined Kolorido in its fundraising efforts to support the expansion of its gym facility and the purchase of essential gymnastics equipment. The contribution helps serve more than 200 children aged 4 to 18, offering them a safe, well-equipped environment for their physical and athletic development.

Kolorido invited sponsors to observe the children in action through 10-minute interactive sessions showing different activities, including jumping, balance bar, and mat exercises, among others. “It was an incredible opportunity to be part of an initiative that brings so much joy, structure, and motivation to children”, said Jetha Römer, Country Manager at Island Finance Curacao. “We are honored to support Kolorido Foundation and work alongside other sponsors to expand access to sports and physical education.”
